Keeping our customer's information private is very important to us. GG Creations Cosmetics & Morte will never sell, rent, or share your information to third parties.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Sale items are final sale. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items on our website or in stores. We do not issue refunds on any order. 

EXCHANGES

These following specific goods may only be exchanged due to a color match needed; shipping is not provided (no returns accepted):

• Flawless Stay Powder Foundation
• Flawless Stay Concealer
• Flawless Stay Foundation
• We only replace items within seven (7) business days from the date the Customer purchased the product from the Site, and under the Policies below.

Please notify our customer service team within 7 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

In order to complete your exchange, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase with the item you wish to exchange for a different shade. Also include your order ID, phone number, email address, and shipping address if different from the original order. Upon receipt of exchanged items, GG Creations Cosmetics & More Customer Service will contact you to confirm your exchange needs and arrange collection of your billing information to ship the exchanged products to you (including a 15% restocking for the items exchanged and new shipping costs).

Exchanges will not be given for any items that are:

• Not purchased from the Site.
• Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Company error
• Returned more than seven (7) days after the date of purchase.

A traceable method of shipment is highly recommended to prove your product was received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your shipping address.
